The Mastercard Foundation is a Canadian-headquartered global foundation focused on expanding education and employment opportunities for young people in Africa, including through its Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. The Foundation partners with universities worldwide to fund full scholarships for academically talented but economically disadvantaged students. It is one of the largest foundations dedicated to youth education and employment in Africa.
