About Alaris Antennas Bursary
The Alaris Antennas Bursary has been run since 2015 by Alaris Antennas, a Centurion-based radio-frequency antenna engineering company and founding entity of the Alaris Group, to attract and retain engineering talent from South Africa's leading tertiary institutions into its microwave and RF antenna engineering teams.
The programme funds both undergraduate students (3rd and 4th year) and postgraduate students (Masters or PhD) across Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Computer, or Software Engineering, with a particular interest in applicants drawn to microwave and RF antenna work.
Funding Details
Covers registration fees, tuition fees, accommodation, and a subsistence allowance. Recipients also complete vacation work at the company's Johannesburg offices (three weeks, twice a year), with accommodation and flights covered by Alaris Antennas.
