About Cape Gate Isaac Joffe Fellowship Bursary
Cape Gate (Pty) Ltd, a leading South African steel and wire manufacturer based in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, runs the Isaac Joffe Fellowship Bursary Scheme to support outstanding Engineering students. The fellowship is a separate, named scheme to the company's Erwin Robert Balde (ERB) Bursary for BCom (CA stream) students.
Funding Details
The fellowship covers registration fees, tuition fees, a book allowance, a once-off computer allowance, a personal allowance, and either residence accommodation and meals or a living allowance for students living off-residence.

What happens if I don't complete the work-back period?
Cape Gate may, at its sole discretion, require recipients to work for the company after graduating for a period equal to the sponsorship. If a bursar chooses not to fulfil this, they may be required to reimburse the company for the funds spent on their studies, plus interest.
