About Jones Wagener Bursary

The Jones Wagener Bursary is funded by Jones & Wagener, a South African civil, structural, geotechnical and environmental consulting engineering firm that has operated for nearly six decades from its offices in Rivonia and Centurion.

The bursary supports Grade 12 learners and current university students studying towards a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geochemistry or Environmental Sciences, and includes paid vacation work at the firm's offices.

Funding Details

As a minimum, the bursary covers university tuition fees, and may also include a limited textbook allowance and accommodation. Recipients complete six weeks of paid vacation work at Jones & Wagener's Rivonia or Centurion offices, usually during the July or December recess.
