About Pyrotec Bursaries

Pyrotec, a South African product identification solutions company established in 1966 and headquartered in Cape Town, runs an annual bursary programme supporting South African students across a wide range of fields of study. The programme is a tuition-focused academic bursary intended to help students complete their studies without financial barriers.

Funding Details

The bursary covers 100% of prescribed university tuition and registration fees, paid directly to the institution, accommodation costs equivalent to a single room at a university hostel, and an annual textbook allowance of up to R5,000. It does not cover food or the cost of repeated subjects.
